All consultation bookings must be used within 90 days of purchase. After this period, unused sessions will expire without refund. For multi-session packages, all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated based on availability and at Ali's discretion.
To reschedule, please use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email or contact ali@aparandeh.com directly.
Cancellations requested more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations between 2-7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
The £500 deposit for team training is non-refundable but will be applied to your final invoice. This deposit secures your initial needs assessment call and reserves time for your team's training.
Team training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice without penalty. Rescheduling with less notice may result in additional fees to cover preparation costs.
Cancellation of confirmed team training sessions with less than 14 days' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed training fee.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
Any materials provided during consultations or training sessions remain the intellectual property of Ali Parandeh unless explicitly stated otherwise. These materials are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
